COVID Update

Your safety is important to us. In response to the latest COVID guidance, we’d like to remind you to bring a mask to the performance and you will need to wear your face covering whilst moving around the building and at your seat, you may remove your mask whilst eating or drinking.

To enter the venue you must have one of the following

  • NHS vaccine pass or approved international equivalent

  • A valid text or email of a negative lateral flow test taken in the last 48 hours. You can report your result via the NHS COVID-19 app or online

  • Proof of exemption

  • We have lateral flow tests available at the door if required.

When you arrive at the Ironworks, you will be asked for your Covid vaccine pass. If you are not double vaccinated you will need to take a lateral flow test and register the result via the Government website before coming to the Studios and bring evidence of your negative results.

Ironworks Studios has a ventilation system that filters fresh air into the venue. To help protect our audiences and performers, all staff are required to take a lateral flow test before their shift and will wear a mask throughout their working day.

Your booking

Contactless Tickets

You can download your E-ticket when you purchase online. These do not need to be printed but can be scanned from any smart device. So make sure you have enough juice on your phone/tablet/smart device when you come. Your E-ticket will be sent to your email address on completion of the booking process (check your junk if you can’t see it).

Distanced Seating & Capacity in the Auditorium

Performances are held in accordance with the government’s current ‘guidelines’. Should government guidelines change before your show, we’ll notify you by email of your options available.

Exchanges and Credit

If you cannot attend the performance because you have to isolate, just let us know and we’ll be happy to transfer your ticket to be used for one of our future shows.

Show Cancellations

You can purchase our tickets with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if we have to cancel a show due to Covid-restrictions we will happily refund you, credit your account, or exchange your ticket for a rescheduled date.

We have sanitising stations positioned all around the building. See it, squirt it, rub it.

Cashless Payments

We’ve gone cashless! We take all the usual credit cards.

Fancy A Drink?

Our bars are cashless too! QR codes on every table allow you to book thru a simple web app – no downloads required.

QR Codes

When you get to our venue, there’ll be lots of QR codes up and about so that you and your whole party can scan in using the NHS app.

Ventilated Auditorium

All our public spaces will be ventilated with fresh, un-recycled, Brighton air. During breaks in the performances air-conditioning and ventilation will be boosted !

Regular Cleaning

We have an enhanced and rigorous cleaning system in our building to make sure you are as safe as possible during your visit.
