Guest artists include performers from the multi award-winning production of Esther’s Revenge – an experiential play inspired by true events exploring themes around race, colonisation, violence against women, political and social injustice. Also on the line up are Joshua Alabi and Angela Peters of Kininso Koncepts – a creative organization from Nigeria established to entertain, inform, educate, challenge and transform the intellectual, social, and cultural perspectives of communities using theatre, film, documentary and creative strategy. Applying unique storytelling techniques, performance styles and deeply rooted research in culture and tradition, Kininso utilise creativity, technology, stories, and design innovation to tell authentic African and contemporary stories, to challenge the status quo, and to shift perceptions.
