Relating Systems Thinking and Design Symposium

Another Hybrid Event at Ironworks Studios, this time for the University of Brighton using the Zoom Events platform to be part of a 5 day conference for the eleventh Relating Systems Thinking and Design Symposium with 2 very full days of hybrid events hosted at Ironworks Studios.  APNTV, our in-house video services provider, delivered live streamed events across the main 4 days for the University of Brighton.

“Flexibility is essential to accommodate the unexpected and respond to last minute changes on these type of live events”, says Andy Nicholls from APNTV.  “So when an in-person event in Studio A suddenly had to be changed to include not one but three remote guests calling in live from around the world, we were able to adapt and even display all three callers live to the Zoom Events audience, the Studio A audience of around 130 attendees and break out rooms around the venue, allowing a real time question and answers session between the presenters and global audience.”
