We’re delighted to be able to play our part, as Tesco is here to serve the Great British Public, in all its wonderfully diverse glory. Tesco is a member of Stonewall Global Diversity Champions Programme and the Open for Business coalition to support LGBTQ+ inclusion around the world and we also have a number of initiatives in place to support our LGBTQ+ colleagues so they feel confident to be themselves at work. This includes our LGBTQ+ Network, which enables our LGBTQ+ colleagues to connect with one another and provides a forum where they can receive advice and support.
